Nawaz convenes important party meeting to discuss LB polls strategy

ISLAMABAD: PML-N President Mian Nawaz Sharif has convened an important meeting of party leaders today (Tuesday) to discuss upcoming local bodies elections in Sindh and Punjab.

Sources said Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, federal ministers and party leaders from Sindh and Punjab will attend the consultative meeting.

The meeting will devise party’s strategy besides coalition with other parties and matters of issuing tickets to the candidates in the LB polls.

It will also deliberate on the party plan for by-elections in NA-122 and NA-154.
