PESHAWAR: The proscribed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) Wednesday claimed responsibility for attacking Frontier Constabulary (FC) check-post in Kishan Garh area of Peshawar, Geo News reported.
In a telephonic conversation with media, TTP spokesman Ehsanullah Ehsan claimed that militants had killed 15 FC personnel in the attack on FC check-post, adding that his organization suffered no losses.
According to sources, six FC personnel were martyred, while eight others sustained wounds in an attack by the insurgents on a check-post in Kishan Garh. The FC has also claimed killing several terrorists in retaliation.
