Pakistan Army soldier killed in unprovoked Indian firing
RAWALPINDI: A Pakistan Army soldier was killed and another injured when Indian troops opened fire near Line of Control (LoC).

“Sepoy Asim was martyred and Naik Muhammad Khan was injured in unprovoked firing by Indian troops in Nezapir sector of Rawlakot near LoC,” said the Inter-Service Public Relations (ISPR), the media wing of the Pakistan Army.

The ISPR said that the India army opened unprovoked firing and violated Line of Control (LoC).

The Foreign Offices has called upon the Indian government to conduct a probe into the firing incident, adding that it came at a time when efforts are being made to improve relations between the countries.
