Tehrik-e-Taliban terrorist killed in shootout with Karachi police
KARACHI: In a major breakthrough, the Karachi police Friday shot dead a Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) militant during an alleged encounter here, Geo News reported.

The police said that the alleged terrorist, who was killed in a shootout in Manghopir area, was ‘wanted’ for many terrorist attacks.

According to SSP West, the militant, identified as Sher Khan, was associated with outlawed TTP.

Lawmen also claimed to have recovered explosives and firearms.

Also the car, Sher Khan was allegedly driving when he engaged in the shootout with cops, was impounded after the action, the police added.
