FAISALABAD: Pakistan has won Interloop Pakistan-India Blind Cricket T20 series 2014 defeating India by nine wickets in the second Twenty 20 match played at Iqbal Stadium here on Sunday.

India batted first after winning the toss and scored 208 runs for seven wickets.

Ketan Patel top scored with 72 and Ganesh was the second best with 27 runs.

Haroon and Idrees from Pakistan shared a wicket each.

Pakistan chased the target of 209 runs with an ease losing only one wicket in 16.2 overs.

Zahid Mehmood scored his maiden century and remained not out on 104 runs off 57 balls while Nisar Ali made 55.

Zahid Mehmood was declared man of the match.

DCO Noorul Ameen Mangel, CPO Dr Haidar Ashraf, Rana Afzal MNA and Syed Sultan Shah Chairman PBCC distributed prizes among the players.

Pakistan with this win gets an inaccessible lead of 2-0 in three-match Interloop T20 series.

The third and concluding T20 match of the series will be played on Monday (February 17) at Iqbal Stadium.
