Umar Akmal ties knot with Abdul Qadir’s daughter

LAHORE: Promising middle order batsman Umar Akmal formally entered the wedlock with Noor Amina, daughter of former test cricketer Abdul Qadir, here Wednesday.

The Nikah ceremony of Akmal was held few days ago in a modest ceremony that was attended by close relatives.

Pakistan Cricket Board Chief Najam Sethi, One Day International Captain Misbahul Haq, Inzamam ul Haq, Iqbal Qasim, Sarfaraz Nawaz, Mushtaq Ahmed and other former players also attended the wedding reception.
