Doctors report improvement in Hamid Mir’s condition

KARACHI: The condition of Geo News’ senior anchor Hamid Mir is gradually improving as he tried to walk with some assistance on Tuesday night, doctors told Geo News.

Meanwhile doctors have restricted visitors from meeting the renowned journalist for the next two days.

According to hospital sources, Hamid Mir is in immense pain from his injuries and doctors are regularly administering medicines to relieve the excruciating pain.

He remained partially conscious due to the sedating effect of medicines, however, last night doctors observed some improvement in his condition as he tried to walk with help.

There has been no decision to remove the three bullets which still remain lodged in Hamid Mir’s body, sources told.
