Devotees of Lal Shahbaz Qalandar die in blistering Sehwan heat

SEHWAN SHARIF: At least seventeen more devotees of Lal Shahbaz Qalandar died on Wednesday due to the extreme heat wave in the area.

According to rescue services, 33 people have lost their lives due to extreme heat wave in two days.


Dozens of devotees of Lal Shahbaz Qalandar die every year on the annual Urs of the saint due to lack of facilities.

The 762nd Urs of Hazrat Usman Marvandi (Lal Shahbaz Qalandar) began in Sehwan on Tuesday.
