Imran Khan slams Nawaz Sharif
PESHAWAR: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Imran Khan has said there was a monarchy in Pakistan in the name of democracy which would be brought down on August 14.

He said that Nawaz Sharif went abroad as the country entered a difficult phase.

Speaking at ceremony on Tuesday, Khan came down heavily on the Nawaz government, saying the Nandipur Power project was closed three months after its inauguration and despite advertisement campaign.

He not only accused federal government of trying to fail the KPK government over the issue of IDPS but also urged Chief Minister Pervez Khattak to stay firm against the federal government in getting the provincial rights.
