Hashmi says he was consulted on all decisions
MULTAN: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) President Javed Hashmi has dismissed the impression that he was angry with the party over army’s mediation role to resolve political deadlock, Geo News reported.

He criticized the role of media, saying that media should also play a responsible role in this critical situation.

Hashmi said all the decisions were made through consultation with all the party leaders including him. He said: “I was also asked to participate in the today’s negotiations but I came to meet my children in Multan before leaving to China for treatment.”

“I was happy all the matters were moving forward without any bloodshed,” he asserted.

He was optimistic that all the issues would be resolved successfully, however he said politicians should resolve their issues themselves. He said: “I am happy with army chief’s mediation role.”
