Probe on in money laundering, Dr Imran case: Scotland Yard
LONDON: A spokesman of Britich Crown Prosecution Service has said that investigation from MQM Chief Altaf Hussain and others is being carried out in the twin cases of money laundering and Dr Imran Farooq’s murder.

He said at this stage no opinion can be given in connection with the case.

The spokesman clarified that the CPS has not issued any orders to dismiss the money laundering case.

He said the three accused of the cases are on bail till December and it will be decided in the next month whether or not to close the case. It will be decided if the accused be charge sheeted or further extension be given to them, he added.

He said the Scotland Yard is committed to nab the elements involved in the Imran Farooq’s murder.
