Two death row convicts executed in Punjab jails

SARGODHA/MIANWALI: Two death row inmates were sent to gallows in Sargodha and Mianwali jails on Tuesday morning.

Murder convict Muhammad Khan was hanged to death in district Jail Sargodha. He was convicted for killing two people over resistance during robbery bid in Karachi 13 years back.

Separately, a death row prisoner was executed in Central Jail Mianwali. Khizar Hayat had killed his cousin in 1998.
