Floods triggered by heavy rain wreak havoc in Chitral: GOC Malakand

MALAKAND: General Officer Commanding (GOC) Malakand, Major General Nadir Khan has stated that flash floods triggered by heavy rains have caused widespread destruction in Chitral.

Talking to Geo News, the GOC Malakand vowed to help out people of Chitral in this disaster at any cost.

Major General Nadir Khan urged the government to ascertain the causes of this destructive flood and carry out a comprehensive study to prevent from such situation in future.
