PTI adopts Railways school in Karachi
LAHORE: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and the government have come together, putting the best interests of the common man before their own differences; the Insaf Community Welfare Society (ICWS) and the Citizens Foundation have agreed to adopt a Pakistan Railways School in Karachi.

An agreement to adopt the secondary school in Karachi was inked on Saturday at a ceremony in Lahore which was attended by PTI leader Arif Alvi who heads the ISWC, Brigadier Sohail from the Citizens Foundation as well as the Federal Minister for Railways Khwaja Saad Rafique.

According to the agreement, the ISWC will look after the school’s maintenance and upkeep. The fees for children of Railway employees will be fixed at Rs. 60 per month while other students will pay Rs. 350 per month.

Alvi and Rafique made it clear that while political differences remain, for the betterment of the common man they are all on the same page. The two leaders refrained from answering any political questions put to them by journalists.
