Rain turns Peshawar weather pleasant
PESHAWAR: Rain on Sunday evening lashed Peshawar and Swat districts turned the weather pleasant.

The residents along with their families came out from housed in Peshawar and visited Khalid Bin Waleed and Col Sher Khan Parks to enjoy the pleasant weather. The children also enjoyed showers. The rain/dust-storm also reported at isolated places of Nowshera district.

The weather of Swat also turned pleasant after rain hit the valley this evening as people took sigh of relief from the oppressed weather.

The tourists, who came from different parts of the country to Swat valley, also enjoyed the rain and cold winds. The rain also dropped the mercury down in these cities considerably.

Meanwhile, the Met office forecast rain/dust-thunderstorm at isolated places of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa ie Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar, Kohat and Bannu divisions, Upper Punjab (Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Sargodha divisions) and Kashmir/G-Baltistan during next 24 hours.

Partly cloudy weather with chances of rain is forecast for Abbottabad, Bannu, Mardan, Peshawar and Parachinar during next 24 hours.
