No holiday in Supreme Court on Thursday
ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has announced that it will be opened on Thursday as all its branches will function normally expect Branch-1.

According to a press release issued here Wednesday, the branch-1 will
hear three cases including Civil Petition No 796/2007 etc Reko (Diq case), Constitution Petition No.36/2011 and Constitution Petition No.121/2012 while the rest of the cases were delisted.

Secretary Ministry of Interior has been asked to ensure hassle free entry to staff of the Supreme Court, lawyers, litigants and journalists in the red-zone. (APP)
