Rental Power Case: SC refuses to hear Rana Zahid

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Friday refused to hear Rana Zahid who appeared before the apex court to represent National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Deputy Prosecutor General Fauzi Zafar during the hearing of Rental Power Case, Geo News reported.

A three-judge bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry was hearing the case.

The bench observed that the deputy prosecutor of the country’s premier anti-corruption body had been appearing before the court and now it would not listen to Rana Zahid.

The court directed Mr Rana to ask the prosecutor to appear before the bench.
