Sindh Governor acting on a Geo news orders removal of Karachi roadblocks

KARACHI: Sindh Governor Tuesday directed the police for immediate removal of roadblocks by containers from main artery of the city here, following a news item telecast on Geo News complaining worst traffic jams due to these blockades.

It may be recalled that by placing containers M. A. Jinnah Road was blocked yesterday in view of the prevailing situation in the city, following Abbas Town blast, but these could not be removed although city returned back to normal this morning, causing much inconvenience to the commuters including office-goers, students and the general public.
