Interior minister orders restoration of ANP leaders’ security
ISLAMABAD: Shortly after a suicide bomber struck Awami National Party rally in Peshawar, caretaker Interior Minister Malik Habib Khan ordered restoration of security of ANP leaders.

A suicide bomber on Tuesday struck an ANP rally, apparently targeting Ghulam Ahmed Bilour and Haroon Bilour, killing at least 16 people and injuring many others in Peshawar.

Awami National Party Chief Asfandyar Wali Khan severally criticized
the Election Commission of Pakistan and the interim government for its decision to withdraw security from his party leaders and termed it a conspiracy.

The interior minister also ordered better security arrangements for the ANP leaders as well as other politicians.
