Two target killers arrested from Karachi

KARACHI: Malir police claimed to have arrested two alleged target killers in an encounter in the jurisdiction of Gadap town police station, Geo News reported Friday.

According to Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Malir Javed Bhatti, during interrogation, arrested accused, identified as, Waseem Chitta and Umair Panda have confessed the killings of security personnel and political workers in Al-Falah police station’s jurisdiction.

Police also seized weapons that were recovered from the possession of accused.

The accused are affiliated with Punjabi Pakhtoon Ittehaad (PPI), Police said.
