Altaf says Shah extended apology, urges party workers to keep distance from matter

LONDON: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain has said that Opposition leader in the National Assembly Syed Khursheed Shah has extended apology over his statement, therefore, party workers and office-bearers should stay away from the matter, Geo News reported.

Addressing a press conference, simultaneously in Karachi and Hyderabad, Altaf Hussain asked his workers to keep distance from the issue as it is a sensitive topic.

MQM chief said: “we do not want to complicate the issues, rather want to resolve them amicably.”

Altaf also called upon Khursheed Shah to seek forgiveness from Allah Almighty over his Mohajir remarks.
