Hong Kong shares open 1.90 percent up

HONG KONG: Hong Kong shares opened 1.90 percent higher Monday after China last week cut interest rates in a bid to kickstart slowing growth in the world´s number two economy.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index rose 446.20 points to 23,883.32.
