ECP to issue parliamentarians asset details on website

ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) will issue the details of parliamentarians’ assets on its website. Today (Tuesday) is the last day for parliamentarians’ to submit their details to the ECP.

Over 800 parliamentarians’ including Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan have not submitted details of their assets.

Out of 1,174 National and provincial assembly members only 414 have submitted their details to the ECP.

The breakdown is given below:



The electoral body had instructed all the members of National Assembly, provincial assemblies and the Senate to submit their statements till September 30.

The Election Commission will suspend the MPs those who fail to file the statements within the stipulated time.
