Railways ministry decides to cut train fares by 15-20pc

LAHORE: The ministry of railways has decided to decrease train fares by 15 to 25 percent, Geo News reported.

Federal Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafiq said the notification in this regard will be issued in few days.

After the notification, train fares for AC Business class and AC Sleeper would be Rs3000 and Rs4000 from Lahore to Karachi, respectively.
