Pakistan deeply concerned at human rights violations in Indian-held Kashmir: FO
ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Foreign Office said on Sunday that Pakistan is deeply concerned at the increase in systematic human rights violations in Indian-held Kashmir and condemns brutal use of force by Indian security forces.

FO Spokesperson Tasneem Aslam tweeted that brutality and coercion will not suppress aspiration and struggle of Kashmiris for their right to self determination, promised by UNSC resolutions.

She went on to say that the people and government of Pakistan extend heartfelt sympathies and condolences to the families of victims of the brutality of Indian security forces.

Aslam further said sustained and meaningful dialogue between Pakistan and India for resolution of dispute in accordance with wishes of Kashmiris is the only solution.
