PPP’s Shahjahan Blaoch released from Karachi jail

KARACHI: Pakistan Peoples Party leader and Member National Assembly Shahjahan Baloch was released form the Karachi Central Jail early Saturday after getting the permission to attend the assembly session, Geo News reported.

Shahjahan Baloch was elected as an MNA from NA-248, Lyari. He was arrested during a police operation form Lyari area.

IG Jail Khanajat Nusrat Mangan told that Shahjahan has been released following the directives of the NA Speaker allowing him to attend the fresh assembly session today due in Islamabad.

While talking to the media at Karachi airport before his departure, Shahjahan Baloch said that he was schemed in a fake case and he will soon be released permanently after appearing in the court hearings.
