Curfew to be relaxed in Bara after four years
BARA: Curfew will be relaxed in the Bara Tehsil of Khyber Agency after four years.

Political Agent Khyber Agency Muttahir Zeb has announced that the Bara-Peshawar Highway will be open from Saturday.

Security forces and terrorists have clashed in the agency for the last four years which led to the imposition curfew. Forces have cleared terrorists from several areas of Bara Tehsil and the highway will be open on a trial basis.

According to the political agent, if the situation improves the next phase will be to open the Bara Market and curfew will be lifted in the entire tehsil.

Thousands of families have already fled from the area due to clashes between security forces and terrorists.
