Terror bid foiled as 2 grenades defused in Peshawar
PESHAWAR: Police in Peshawar thwarted a terror bid by defusing two hand grenades in Khazana area, Geo News reported Wednesday.

According to police, unknown miscreants planted the bombs outside the house of a man named Mehboob in Noor Colony.

On receiving the information, police and bomb disposal squad reached the site immediately and cordoned off the area.

Later, the bomb disposal squad defused the two hand grenades.

Police told that investigation is underway while they are also questioning the owner of the house.
