Government should allow TTP to open office for peace talks: Imran
PESHAWAR: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan has said the government should allow Pakistani Taliban to open office for peace talks, Geo News reported.

Speaking to media after inquiring after the health of Peshawar Church blast injured, Imran Khan said war was not the solution of any issue.

Khan said the government should invite Taliban for peace talks besides allowing them to open office. He also advised the government to announce a ceasefire with the militants.

PTI leader expressed hope that there will be peace in the country if talks with Taliban turn out to be successful.

He said decision for negotiations was taken in the All Parties Conference (ACP), therefore, dialogues should be given a chance instead of war.

PTI got the mandate on the slogan of peace, he said and added they respect people’s mandate.
