Karachi: 3 accused arrested, stolen container recovered from Lyari

KARACHI: Police and Rangers personnel conducted a joint operation in Lyari area of Karachi and arrested three accused while a stolen container was also recovered, Geo News reported Thursday.

According to police, three accused were arrested during the raid conducted jointly by the police and Rangers in Chakiwara area of Lyari. An empty container was also recovered from their possession that was stolen from Maripur area.

On another hand, police arrested six accused and seized weapons from their possession during two different raids in the adjoining areas of Super Highway. Police said the accused were involved in robbery and looting at cattle and vegetable markets.
