New force required to deal with target killers, extortionists: PM

LAHORE: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said Friday that a new force was required to tackle target killers and extortionists.

Chairing a meeting on law and order here, the prime minister added that strict action would be taken against target killers and terrorists.

He further said that it was essential to maintain the government’s writ. According to the prime minister there would be no concession for the failure of law enforcement agencies in stopping criminal activity.
