Blast in Chaman injures four

CHAMAN: Four persons were injured when a blast occurred at Eidgah Chowk in Chaman area of Balochistan Thursday morning, Geo News reported.

According to Assistant Commissioner Chaman Ismail Ibrahim, the blast occurred near Christian Colony where militants had fixed explosives in a motorcycle.

Due to the explosion, four persons including a child were injured. The injured were shifted to Civil Hospital in Chaman for treatment.

According to sources, approximately 4-5 kilograms of explosives were used in the blast.

Security forces started a search operation following the blast in order to nab the culprits while the site was cordoned off.
