PTI sit-in against Nato supplies, drone attacks enters 10th day
PESHAWAR: The sit-in of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and its allied parties to block NATO supplies in protest against US drone strikes continues for the tenth consecutive day on Tuesday, Geo News reported.

In Peshawar‚ PTI and Jamaat-e-Islami workers have set-up protest camps at Ring Road near Hayatabad Toll Plaza and Peshawar-Islamabad Motorway Toll Plaza. They are checking the documents of the containers to block transportation of any container if it is found carrying NATO supplies.

On the other hand, PTI activists continued their sit-in at the Attock Kyhairabad Bridge in Nowshera and blocking Nato containers from entering into Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK). Besides, PTI and JI workers are also staging a sit-in on the Indus Highway in Kohat and at Ramak check post in Dera Ismail Khan.

However, Afghan transit trade trucks after thorough checking are being allowed to proceed on their route to Afghanistan.
