They defeated the United States of America 3-2 on penalty kicks in a tough and sensational contest.
Pakistan were leading 2-1 at the end of the first half but the US team leveled the score 2-2 in the second half.
However, none of the two teams could make any goal in the additional time and the match was decided on penalty kicks.
