Army plane crashes near Gujranwala, 2 pilots martyred

GUJRANAWALA: The pilot and co-pilot were martyred as a Pakistan Army trainer aircraft crashed here due to a technical fault.

According to sources the aircraft caught fire during a training flight and crashed.
Inter Services Public Relation (ISPR) said that Army Aviation’s Mashshaq aircraft on a training flight crashed due to some technical fault.

Eyewitnesses said that some parts of the destroyed aircraft fell in the cantonment area, while the remaining near habitat adjoining to cantonment.
