Imran offered Parliament guarantee to end sit-in

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan was offered a guarantee by Parliament to end the sit-in.

The proposal offering the guarantee was delivered to Imran Khan by JI leader Siraj-ul-Haq and PPP leader Qamar Zaman Kaira and stated that the judicial commission report of election rigging would be considered as a verdict of the court.

It further said that if election rigging was proven the government would have to go. If the government did not abide by the judicial commission report the entire parliament would stand against it and with Imran Khan.

Imran Khan termed the proposal as a positive step and said he would refer with his party members.
