Imran reiterates demand of PM Nawaz’s resignation
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan on Saturday reiterated his demand of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif resigning until the judicial commission completed its probe of rigging during the 2013 general elections.

"The prime minister should sit out for one month until the rigging probe is complete. Resign till the investigation and if cleared return."

Imran Khan said the prime minister had lied on the floor of the National Assembly in reference to who had asked the amry to mediate. According to the PTI chairman a monarchical system had been established in Pakistani politics. "This is a Kleptocracy and not a democracy," Khan said.

Khan added that this was not his fight but that of Pakistanis. He further said that his motto was the same as Qauid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah to serve the nation.
