Five-six terrorists present in PTI, PAT sit-ins: intel report

ISLAMABAD: Intelligence agencies on Thursday reported to Interior Ministry that 5 to 6 terrorists were present in the sit-ins of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) and Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI).

In a report submitted to the Interior Ministry, the intelligence agencies asked the ministry to adopt necessary measures to avoid any possible act of terror, as the terrorists were on a lookout for an opportunity to strike.

The PTI and PAT have been staging protests against the alleged electoral rigging and Model Town tragedy for the last 28 days in Islamabad.
