Imran should stop foreign aid for KP govt: Iqbal
ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Planning and Development, Ahsan Iqbal while observing that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan was corrupting the impressionable minds of the youth, said he should stop the flow of foreign aid for the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government.

Addressing a press conference here, Ahsan Iqbal said the merit was shredded into pieces for obtainment of party tickets in Imran Khan’s own party.

He said despite what he called Imran Khan’s anti-China politics, the government would engage with China for bringing investment to the country.

Ahsan Iqbal asked Imran Khan as to what steps he his government in KP had taken for education of the poor.

He said Imran Khan was giving an impression as if everyone except for him was corrupt. “Imran Khan, who has been crying foul play in the elections, should first of all stop rigging in his own party,” he added.

The Federal Minister said just because of his ego and stubbornness Khan should not spoil the upcoming Eid of people.

He held sit-ins responsible for the rise of dollar from Rs98 to Rs102, saying the government intended to end the ongoing protests through dialogue.
