PM Nawaz meets British counterpart Cameron

Prior to his meeting with David Cameron, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif attended a ceremony to commemorate 100 years of the Battle of Gallipoli.
The prime minister arrived in Britain on Friday for a three-day visit during which he will hold meetings with British leaders.
Upon his arrival PM Sharif reiterated that Saudi Arabia and Pakistan have strong ties and Islamabad had not received any ‘wish list’ fro Riyadh.
Speaking to the media the PM said that Pakistan will continue its relationship with the kingdom and any threat to its territorial integrity will evoke action by Pakistan to support Saudi Arabia.
He went on to say that the Yemen crisis must be solved immediately and peacefully, adding that the Saudi leadership is of the same view.
Regarding the visit by the Chinese President to Pakistan, he said that it was an unprecedented and highly successful visit, with immense investment for Pakistan.
The PM further said that there has been an increase in positive developments in Pakistan, adding that Foreign Exchange Reserves have been on the rise as well.
He went on to say that the country’s economic policies are being acclaimed worldwide.
Regarding his current trip to the UK, he said that Pakistan and UK have good friendly relations which will be strengthened further.
