Amitabh, Shafqat to sing national anthems at Pak-India WT20 match
Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan and Pakistani singer Shafqat Amanat Ali will take the stage together on March 19

Keeping the tradition of bringing the people of Pakistan and India together, the high-voltage match between Pakistan and India at ICC World T20 will also pull cinema and music icons of both the countries to the same stage later this week.
Pakistan take on arch-rivals India in a much-anticipated ICC World T20 game on March 19 at Kolkata’s Eden Gardens and prior to match, Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan will take the stage along with Pakistani music icon Shafqat Amanat Ali Khan.
Both superstars will sing the national anthems of their respective countries.
“Amitabh Bachan will sing India’s national anthem, while Shafqat Amanat Ali Khan will sing Pakistan’s national anthem,” confirmed an official from the Cricket Association of Bengal.
