ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Interior Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has directed the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) and passport officials to bring further improvement in the facilities being provided to the overseas Pakistanis.
In a statement issued here on Friday, he said that he had received complaints during his recent visit abroad from overseas Pakistanis regarding bio-metric and online registration system, which he said should be addressed immediately.
Chaudhry Nisar said that overseas Pakistanis were an asset of the country, adding that all available resources should be utilized for providing them better facilities.
The interior minister said that corrupt and fraudulent officials deployed at Pakistan’s foreign missions must be brought back immediately.
