CPEC has entered its implementation phase, Chinese FO claims

The China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) has entered its implementation phase, the Chinese Foreign Minister said in a press conference held on Wednesday.

China wants to move forward with Pakistan so that the people of both countries can benefit from the project, Hua Chunying said.

Answering a question on CPEC she said that the project was launched after consensus was reached between the two countries.

She added that the both countries were supporting each other and this joint effort would soon reap results.
