After the release of Samsung’s newest phone, buzz around Apple’s iPhone 7 is getting stronger. Speculations are rife as to what features Apple’s flagship will sport.

The phone is all set to launch in September but recently leaked photos from a Chinese website provide us an insight on what this phone will contain.

First thing we noticed right away is that the phone will feature a dual camera, both of which will be sporting a 12-megapixel sensor. The dual-lens camera system will comprise a wide-angle camera and a telephoto camera.

Not only that, it seems that Apple has decided to abandon its 3.5mm headphone jack and is instead relying on Bluetooth technology of the Lightning connector which will help in slimming down the iPhone size. The traditional headphones could however be replaced with a new device called “Airpods” if a new registration filing from Apple is anything to go by.

It seems that aside from the headphone jack, the home button too will be facing abandonment from Apple. Apple has reportedly decided to replace the home button with a pressure sensitive one which works by using haptic feedback to notify users that it has been pressed. This of course will help to make the device more waterproof than its predecessors.

A wide variety of colors will also be available including Rose Gold, Gold, Silver, Dark Black and Piano Black. The phone is expected to be priced between $650-850 depending on the storage options of the device. Notorious leaker Evan Blass believes the exact release date of the iPhone 7 will be Friday, September 16.
