Karachi littered with offal of sacrificial animals

KARACHI: Despite the passage of two days since Eidul Azha, the streets of the country's largest city on Thursday were still littered with the offal and waste of cows, goats, sheep, and camels sacrificed for the religious festival earlier this week.

The waste and offal of the sacrificed animals are causing difficulties for citizens and a hazard for their health.

Despite tall claims, animal waste was still a common sight on Thursday in most areas of the metropolis, spreading bad smell and raising the risk of diseases.
