Pakistan Army says military exercise with Russia progressing smoothly

The ISPR in a statement on Tuesday said the joint military exercise between the armies of Pakistan and Russia were progressing smoothly and would bring value to both sides.

Commander Peshawar Corps on Tuesday visited and interacted with the troops taking part in the exercise.

The military exercise ‘Friendship 2016’ began on September 24 and will continue till October 10. Approximately 200  military personnel from both sides are taking part in the exercise which is the first ever between the two countries.
