Pakistan taking indiscriminate action against terrorists: Ambassador Jilani

WASHINGTON: Pakistan's ambassador to the United States, Jalil Abbas Jilani said on Thursday Pakistan is conducting indiscriminate operation against terrorists.

Addressing a dinner event for Women's Foreign Policy Group in Washington, DC, Ambassador Jilani said that the law and order situation in Pakistan has improved due to the daring action taken by security forces and prudent policies adopted by the government.

Jilani said that the country’s economic indicators have improved as well and international monetary institutions have also recognized Pakistan’s economic progress.
