Chinese warships arrive in Pak waters for joint exercises

KARACHI: Two Chinese warships arrived in Pakistani waters on Wednesday to participate in joint naval exercises alongside seven Pakistan Navy warships. 

According to the Pakistan Navy spokesperson, the joint exercises will help bolster defense capabilities for both navies and will provide the opportunity to learn from each other's experiences. 

The joint exercises will also help Pakistan and China secure the route for ships bound for and coming from Gwadar port, the spokesperson added.
