Woman scalds man with hot ghee in Khanewal

KHANEWAL: A woman attacked a man with boiling ghee in the outskirts of Khanewal for alleged harassment.

According to police the man would stand outside the woman’s house and harass her every time she stepped out.  On Monday, when the man harassed her she splashed him with boiling ghee.

The woman in a statement to the police said that the man was trying to break into her house and she splashed him with hot ghee in defense.

The man has been transferred to a district headquarter hospital, while police has arrested the woman.

An investigation into the incident is underway.
