3 FC personnel martyred in explosion in South Waziristan

PESHAWAR: Three Frontier Corps personnel were martyred in an explosion in Zarmelan area of South Waziristan Agency on Monday, according to the political administration officials.
The military wing Inter-Service Public Relations (ISPR) confirmed that three personnel who were injured last night in an IED blast during a search operation, embraced martyrdom.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Iqbal Zafar Jhagra condemned the incident, saying the war against terrorism will reach its conclusion. He said the entire nation appreciated the efforts of the security forces and tribesmen in their fight against terrorism.
Such incidents are recurring in the tribal areas and KP.
On Sunday, a landmine explosion in Buner, KP claimed the lives of two brothers.
A few days back, a truck full of goods exploded on the border in Kherlachi, Kurram Agency while in Janruary, a suicide blast in Parachinar claimed over 25 lives.
